Istinye University was established in 2015 by the 21st Century Anatolian Foundation. Its institutional history draws on the healthcare experience of the MLP Care group, while its academic aims also encompass technology and the arts. The university operates Vadi and Topkapı campuses and documents clinical education through its healthcare partnerships.
